Super Divers was started by two PADI instructors working in Phuket who thought the local diving industry was missing something. Rather than complain about it, they opened their own centre — and built it around the idea that customer service comes before profit, which is easy to say and harder to keep saying when it costs you money.

The business began online, as a specialist for Similan Islands liveaboards, offering advice to divers planning trips there. The feedback from those guests taught them something that shaped everything after: what people remember is not the equipment or the itinerary, it is whether somebody looked after them.

Those principles became the foundation of the dive centre. The team is hand-picked — instructors and office staff both — and PADI has recognised the centre with an award for Outstanding Contribution to Diver Education. Super Divers is now one of the busiest dive centres in Phuket, in an industry that does not hand that out for free.

How we run things

Safety, always

Dive insurance is included on every course and every day trip.
We cancel and refund or reschedule rather than dive in weather we are not happy with.
Every diver completes and signs the PADI medical statement before getting in the water.
Only certified divers, and students completing a certification course, are permitted by Thai law to dive at Phi Phi.
