About this course

A day to find out whether diving is for you. No certification, no commitment beyond the day itself — an instructor takes you through the basics and then into the water, and you dive three times.

You do not need to be a strong swimmer, and you do not need to have dived before. What you do need is to be in reasonable health and comfortable with the idea of putting your face in the water.

If you finish the day wanting more, the dives can count toward a full Open Water certification — ask on the boat.

Not included

Boat transfers from areas outside the complimentary pick-up areas — private transfers can be arranged at cost price
Phi Phi National Marine Park fees, currently 600 THB per diver, paid in cash directly to the marine park police on the boat
Underwater photos and video, usually 1,000 THB — provided by dive staff on the boat, not by Super Divers

Good to know

You cannot fly within 24 hours of your last dive
You will need to complete and sign the PADI medical statement before starting. If you answer yes to any question you will need a note from a doctor declaring you fit to dive — there are clinics close by that offer this.
Non-divers and snorkellers are welcome to join you on the boat for the day at 2,500 THB.
